Oh, well, looks like a lot of hopes have been dashed following Attorney General William Barr's report on Robert Mueller's report on the Trump/Russia inquiry.

Still, nil desperandum and all that, for as the brilliant Stephen Colbert pointed out on The Late Show the other evening, there might yet be light at the end of the tunnel.

He started off with this list and scrubbed off Point No 11:

Then, lo and behold, he flipped the board to reveal the other sixteen investigations still involving the Trump presidency...
