Ok, I'll own up. I have not read any of the Harry Potter series. Not one. Watched the films and thought they were great, but couldn't get into the books at all. If I'm honest, I preferred Eoin Colfer's Artemis Fowl. I know, I should be banished to the naughty step immediately. Sectumsempra!
So how I came upon this little gem I have no idea. All I can tell you is that it popped up on YouTube and I thought it looked cool. It's from May 2020, so it's been around a while, but if you haven't seen it and you've got kids who are HP (not the sauce) mad, then it might be worth giving it a go. Hours of fun if there's another lockdown.
It comes from an outfit called Nerdforge. Martina, the model maker, is Norwegian, a history teacher, content creator and artist.
What she's done is create a book nook (her description, not mine) to fit on your bookshelf, tucked in the middle of your Harry Potter collection. The photos of the finished effect speak for themselves.
If you wanna see how she does it (she takes you through the entire process), click on the top photo and if you'd like to visit Nerdforge's website click on the link below:
Oh, and if those are her bookshelves behind her, I am deeply envious..!
